  Brought a couple of tortoises from here a few months back.. one of them has cost me a fortune at the vets as it clearly wasn't looked after properly.. dehydrated.. eye infection and already showing signs of its shell being deformed. When I asked about their reptiles no one had a clue. Would not recommend buying any reptiles from this "aquatic" centre!

  The livestock are always looked after to a high standard. I would find equipment elsewhere as it's overpriced. Unfortunately on my most recent visit one staff member was extremely rude, a young man in the fish department. He rushed me along to complete a purchase when u wanted to ask some questions. I did manage to ask him something but mid sentence he just left. The poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Because of this I will take my custom and money elsewhere and stop recommending it to everyone!

  The "for sale" animals are well looked after, the cages are always pristine, the variety of foods for pets on display, is big. The store, although small, is clean and tidy and staff is really friendly and helpful (and this is my honest opinion). Well done to all, please keep it like this. E. Baker
